Fairmount Water Works

Perks Reutter Associates recently served as the Owner’s Representative to the Fairmount Park Commission which completed a $6 million final phase to rehabilitate this historic Philadelphia landmark. The professional services provided by PRA included assisting the park staff with budget review, design firm selection and management, schedule control, bid review, contractor selection, and construction observation. The facility was previewed at a gala opening on September 8, 2001, and was scheduled to open as a restaraunt in the spring, Although this might be delayed as a result of a recent fire, (See "Hope Flows," below).
