Perks Reutter Associates served as Owner’s Representative for a $30 million, five year program that included the modernization of the historically certified main library and renovations to the 52 branch libraries including roofs, boilers, air conditioning, architectural improvements, computer wiring, ADA access improvements, etc. The professional services provided by PRA included assistance with budgets, design firm selection and management, schedule and cost control, bid renewal, and contractor management.
