Harry Perks was the Executive Director of the Authority throughout the construction of the original $523 million project, responsible for every aspect of its successful completion. The project included renovating the historically certified Reading Train Shed and the Reading Terminal Market while keeping all 75 shops open. After leaving the Authority, Perks Reutter Associates continued to provide consulting services for the close out of the project, and the renovation and adaptive reuse of the Headhouse building which is now under construction. Perks Reutter Associates is currently providing Owner’s Representative services to the Authority for the proposed $500 million expansion of the Convention Center.
