Construction Begins on Historic Victor Building |

| In Camden, construction has started on the renovation of the historic Victor building. The former factory building is being renovated into 340 apartments with retail shops and a restaurant on the ground floor. Developer Carl Dranoff’s other apartment projects include the Left Bank in Philadelphia’s University City district. That building has a Parisian theme. The new Victor building will reflect the rich heritage of the Victor Talking Machine Company, which later became RCA.
